Return Policy

All our products are custom-made based on the specific design, image, or request provided by the customer.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is placed.

Each item is produced individually and exclusively for the buyer, making it exempt from the standard 14-day EU cooling-off period under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes “the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

    •    Your item is defective or damaged

    •    You received the wrong item

To process your claim, please send photo documentation of the issue to:

We will evaluate the issue and, if the defect exceeds 3% of the product area or quantity, we will offer a solution such as a refund or a reprint of the item.

 


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

    •    Custom or personalized products (all our items fall into this category)

    •    Sale items and gift cards

    •    Personal care items

    •    Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of all products, exchanges for size, color, or design are not possible. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

 


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

The right of withdrawal under the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to customized or personalized items.

As our products are made to order based on individual specifications, they are exempt under EU law from standard cancellation rights.

 


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the event of confirmed damage or production errors that meet our claim criteria.

If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
